As prayerfully determined by the founders of Ocean City Tabernacle in 1879, God’s purpose for the Tabernacle is to be a family ministry center where the gospel of Jesus Christ is central and where claims of discipleship are proclaimed without reservation. It is the intent that preachers, musicians, staff, and trustees be committed to obey the Great Commission (to make disciples of all peoples, teaching them to obey all Jesus commanded) beginning on these shores as Christ’s ambassadors.
