Paul J. Kirbas

 

Dr. Paul J Kirbas is Senior Minister at the First Presbyterian Church of Wheaton, Il.  He serves as the Paul Tillich Professor of Theology and Culture at the Graduate Theological Foundation, as well as an adjunct professor of Theology at Wheaton College.  Kirbas is the author of Navigating Through a Stipulated Freedom. 

Paul received his BA degree from degree from Mercer University, and both a Master of Divinity degree and Doctor of Ministry degree from Columbia Theological Seminary.  He recently earned a PhD in Biotech Ethics through the Graduate Theological Foundation and Oxford University in England.

Paul is married to Jennifer Parker Kirbas, and together they have two sons, Jeffrey (age 13) and Bradley (age 11).  They live in Wheaton, Illinois.
